Program Director

Reports to: SBAlliance Directors


Serves as the SBAlliance JV Program Director for the GSA Alliant SB contract. Responsible for overall, total IDIQ/Task Order management and oversight related to performance of SBAlliance under the Alliant SB contract to include: Capture, Business Development, Finance, IDIQ/Task Order Management.

Essential Duties

  • Manages the overall performance of the JV and the contract.
  • Responsible for establishing and operating in accordance with defined corporate policies.
  • Identifies opportunities for capture and business development efforts.
  • Maintains accountability of SBAlliance property and adheres to applicable safety practices.
  • Cultivates and maintains relationships with GSA and other targeted customers/agencies.
  • Responsible for preparing monthly reports to include business development, proposal and corporate management activities.

Work Conditions

  • Work is typically performed in an office setting.
  • Incumbent should be able to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, talk, hear and write.
  • The Program Director should be able to use limbs and body members with a good range of motion. Occasional lifting of objects weighing up to 25 pounds may be required.
  • Work hours are subject to change, with overtime, weekend and/or holiday work as needed.



  • Active Secret Security Clearance.
  • US citizen.
  • Masters degree in Business, Information Technology or related field from an accredited four year College or University.
  • Eight to 10 years related experience and/or training.
  • Knowledgeable of GSA and/or GSA vehicles (e.g., Millenia, Stars, etc.)
  • Must be ethical and maintain confidentiality.
  • Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Government procurement processes, specifically experience with IDIQ vehicles.
  • Knowledge of capture, business development and proposal processes.
  • Knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have proven ability to manage large, complex projects utilizing functional teams to accomplish stated objectives while providing superior customer service.


  • Joint venture experience.
  • Membership in Project Management organizations such as The Project Management Institute or the American Society for Quality or local affiliate organizations.
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional.
  • Knowledge and application of contract management principles, wage and salary administration programs, labor relations, employee relations, benefits administration, training and development programs, and current employment law issues.
