NVI Cares

"The implementation of NucoreVision Cares for Community [NVICares] into our corporate structure has positively influenced us all to recognize the importance of contributing to the growth and development of the communities in which we operate and live." - Ted Fells, NucoreVision, Inc. President/CEO.

The mission of NVICares is to empower NucoreVision employees who are committed to utilizing their skills to improve the state of educational, economic and health conditions in our communities.

NVICares specializes in a number of areas of community outreach: volunteerism, partnerships, fundraising and sponsorship, as well as in-kind and financial donations. We have established important relationships or partnerships with area schools, community groups, and children's programs. Community service is beneficial to everyone; it encourages leadership, a team-oriented atmosphere, fresh ideas, personal and professional development; as well as the opportunity to acquire insight into lives that may vastly differ from our own. NVI believes that community involvement is an integral part of maintaining our perspective and work-life balance. Our leadership actively accommodates employee participation in community efforts.
